2018 Louisiana Auctioneers Convention Update: Our next LAA Convention location will be in Natchitoches, Louisiana at the Natchitoches Convention Center with Hotel Accommodations (St. Denis Hotel) directly across the street and in the historic shopping district! We will have a plantation home tour set up and fun activities guide for all attendees.

Scott King of J.P. King Auction Company
The LAA is saddened to share the news of the passing of Scott King of J.P. King Auction Company in AL this morning of a massive heart attack. The family requests prayers. As soon as we have further details we will let post the information.
Mr. King recently spoke at our convention on June 3rd and it is unbelievable to our auction community that he is gone. He was an advocate for auctioneer professionals and the auction industry. His family is in our hearts and prayers.
